Nothing defines leadership like the "ability to serve". A good leader learns to be a servant to his followers because that's what he is called to do...." To serve". Just like Jesus did to his disciples when He washed their feet and as the early apostles did with the early church, the linking factor is effective spiritual leadership through servitude.
