This account with a lot of SP & followers is raping the rewards pool
The account has a lot of SP and delegated SP. and I have commented on 2 of those posts as such. People often do not say anything of course, for fear of the censorship or attacks with big steempower accts but this is not in line with community we want, right?
I was not sure what to do, or where to send this but trying to do my part. This is draining $150-$200/day on here like this.

Unfortunatley vid links like that fall outside of what the community wanted us to do. The posting limit used to take care of this kind of "abuse".
Now if you catch him posting copy/paste text then we can do something.

Cheetah has 2 functions. The first is just to detect similar content on the web and be helpful to notify about it. It does not mean anything is necessarily wrong with the post. It is informative both for readers and voters who can check out that content and make sure it isn't plagiarized. The second is to flag posts of known abusers on steemit. Usually you will get a few warnings about the behavior before being added to cheetah's blacklist. There are some exceptions. ID thieves and scammers will go directly on.

I posted something that received 6 upvotes yet was downvoted by your bot. I hate this, I came on steemit because I thought I wouldn't be censored but it looks like you people have destroyed that.
Just because you don't agree with something dosen't mean it should be taken down.
I agree one hundred percent. Really unfortunate that people like this are getting posts downvoted because they do not like it. All of the "Tag Spam" reports are completely unjust. What makes it worse is people are getting paid for trying to be steem police.
