AnimVR - The most advanced and versatile VR animation software

VR animation is one of those things that really suck most of the time. Many times VR acts like a glorified tech demo (with few exceptional VR games) It's great to see a product like this specifically tailored for a VR experience. The best and the trickiest part is incorporating traditional animation into the VR landscape. I do have a feeling that the Japanese will do the best job as they are the single most familiar group with solid animation and storytelling.

The pricing is much better than expected. The $30 one time fee for personal use is a steal. They even give a nice 15 day trial. So I think it's a really good animation tool for anyone interested in VR.

wow, this is an amazing VR animation software for exploring another world in a classic way. It will surely the awesome experience. Really a wonderful explorer with such an amazing features.

Whoa! This looks pretty awesome!

I've only watched the product video (above) and had a quick look around their website, but this looks very powerful software.

I so want to play with it, to see what it can do, and I can do with it. But I can barely find the time to do what I have to in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro - never mind adding another layer on top, with VR!

If only there was another 2 or 3 days in the week :)

The pricing is actually quite reasonable too. For a single-seat commercial use license, it's only $30 p/m. And as far as I can tell, then gives you everything - the full-fat version, with all the bells & whistles.

The problem is, a single user can't really get much produced in software like this - you need a team, or a studio (and then the pricing gets a little higher).

Great hunting - now can you find something to add a few extra hours into each day, or a few days into each week, please?

very awesome software. virtual reality animation is such an interesting.
This is very different from others

Jump right into storytelling, without worrying about topology, rigging or skinning. Create environment layouts, 3D storyboards, animatics, and whole experiences!

a good platform to learn something new and gives audio recording etcetera. also prove good editing option.

Talking about creativity in VR :) Tools like this take the creative process to a next level. A VR level. This is a totally new environment to create in, and I guess there is much to explore.

Another animation teaser heheh loved it too. AnimVR will be great revolutionary in 3D projects. it likes its timeline too every feature of animvr is looking cool great and new with respect to other animation softwares

According to industry animators, drawing 3D story boards in VR is just as fast as the traditional 2D workflow, but it gives you the freedom to move the camera anywhere you want!

First I see the animation results shown in the picture above really look very alive. The AnimVR application is sure to change the way animators create more sophisticated animations by using VR technology, thanks for the hunt.

Seems like an awesome software...
The good thing is that gpu requirements are not that much high...1060 is a pretty common one, meaning average user can afford it and use this software to create VR animations.
