Autogenic Training was first described by J. H Schultz and it was developed in the 1920s.
It is one of the scientifically proven and established relaxation methods.
Autogenix Training is based on self-hypnosis principles.
It is nearly the most used relaxation technique that is recommended therapists and physicians.
