Wow, it will be super useful for business. Especially, because this allows them to present their goods, and digitally. They can reach customer satisfaction wherever and wherever customers are.
Awsome, in that way we make sométhing beautifully organized according to our choice. However, it's not easy to do. Making perfect building is an art that not everyone able to do perfectly. Maybe this 3d visualization solves that issue.
That's will be great for architect make their presentation about their project and will increased their deal project with customers. Technology provided it, and will be benefit income for real estates.
3D Visualisation is a very unique and perfect tool for buliding promoters, brokers, 3D artists and buyers to display their future home, apartments and existing buildings in VR. They can view the project and detailed representation on their pc, smartphone or tablet without any specific software.
My customers are super excited when they see their home in 3D - new customers are already lining up.
This is really useful in our house which we can test first how good or fit the decorations in that place before buying. Sometimes we buy some decorations without knowing it is not beautiful at all. Instead to be wasted use this 3D visualize using VR to see if it is good to put their. Good Hunt

With 3D Visualisation there is no need to hire expensive interior designer meaning cost saving.
There can also be time saving considering how quickly the app sets up!!!

I used to like watching 3D walk-through videos of architecture, and VR is a natural extension to that - so I do love the concept, and application.
And I can really see the benefit to estate agents, and property builders in VR platforms like this one.
But...I'm not sure I'd pre-purchase a property on the back of a VR representation, no matter how slick it looked. With property, there are so many factors which come into play, with plans sometimes changing quite a lot from concept to finished build.
Yes, seeing a "vision" of how it'll look when finished is great, but a vision isn't a finished product.
Having said that, I still think estate agents can really utilise VR, and should be exploring the possibilities, as it's a great tool.

I wish I had the inagination to look for apps like this when I asked an architect to draw me a house plan. He asked me what design do I want and I had no idea so I just told him to come up with a proposal instead. When the proposal came, I still had no idea if it is good or not. I just went on with the flow.
With apps like this 3D visualization, it will be a great help to those who are planning for their home or for those in the real estate or construction business.

VR technology is what will be implemented first on the blockchain and will go to the masses of people. Already many headsets - infrastructure is developing - I will predict an explosion in 2 years. By this time, the technology will become cheaper and more accessible to any person.

I believe this one is a very convenient tool to let clients visualize future projects, also if the project is already existing and they are far from the site instead of traveling they can look at the the 3D visualization of that said project.
