Stainless steel itself is hygienic but cutting power may not be good. The manufacturer has created a Shiroi Hana chef knife set that is complemented by 33 different layers on both sides, centered on high-strength AUS10 stainless steel material.
The manufacturer removes the grooves for hygienic use of the hilt, and connects the knobs so that they can be held comfortably in the hand.

I was a fan of Bruce Lee as a child. That's why I like this kind of product. Set of 33 different layers. It can be used in every way in the kitchen. I did not see the price tag. But it is very clear they are quality products.

They look a beautiful set of knives, and I do think Japanese steel is the best. We already have a nice set of knives, so I'm not sure I could justify buying these, but I would sure be tempted.

I love Japanese things especially their foods look pretty delicious like sushi. These Japanese knives might help me make sushi just kidding. The style of knives is so sleek and beautiful and they look like they are gonna make a difference!
