I tried for 1 hour. I used to be able to do this easily. Not so easy anymore. Since i teach and write about it I think I should be able to. Very good way to get people to try meditation. Thanks Again.

I generally do 20 minutes in the morning to start my day. Used to be 20 morning and night. I still am pretty consistant for my morning meditation. This site serves as a reminder to reset in the evening, which is very good.
