I cannot see any other reason than to exclude @steemcleaners from the bot upvotes for that account to be on this list. Do you know of any sins they might have committed?
I don't think some of the names are on due to sins. I think it's more about adding them so they don't receive the voting perks of bot accounts 'for the people'. That's my guess!
I try to banish them with strong drink =p
