I didn't see a downvote from the blacklist account for you so I'm pretty sure you are not blacklisted.
These bots that the black list disables from voting your post are not known, and people aren't sure if they are still active.
The general opinion is that this was a failed extortion attempt that is isn't currently 'live', although the downvotes (list gathering) is still in place.
I hope this helps rest your mind a little, thank you for the comments as always.

Thank you! That would not surprise me. Because steemit reflects the real world, there would be people on here that would resort to extortion. Vigilance is always required eh!
Vigilance indeed! We have a good support network with the SoG and this makes me feel more comfortable here.
