The user's language
Most of the content created on Steemit is in english, both by the predominance of English-speaking users and by being the most "universal" language, and therefore with which more people can be reached.
On the other hand the Spanish-speaking community is growing every day!! and in turn the creation and demand of content in Spanish.

I have noticed that many Spanish-speaking users choose to share only in English, while others (I think the majority) do it in both languages, which personally seems to me the best option, since there is a third group that are those that generate and consume content only in their first language, either by a language barrier or perhaps by choice, which i do not know if is the case cos the majority of profiles that i have seen like that, also are limited to comment only in spanish posts.
It is everyone's decision to share in the languages they want and in whatever way they want. I would like to do it both ways; in english, to reach more people and also to practice it since i have a looot to improve, and in spanish, to help promote the creation of spanish content and also reach those who have a language barrier, cos although anyone can use translators much is lost in doing so.
Possible ways to post in multiple languages
One Post
I have seen that some include both languages in the same post, as i did in this one, putting the title only in English or Spanish + [English / Spanish] or something like that. This seems to me as a good option for posts that are not so long or containing many images, where you can shape an idea-message-story or whatever concisely.
Two Posts
Instead for a long post that needs quite detailed content and probably, but not necessarily, many images, i consider more appropriate to make one for each language, not to end with a single extremely long post, which is not very practical 'cause in addition it would have to duplicate the images and not to relegate the spanish version to the bottom :(
Well that's what i think about sharing content in multiple languages. I would like to know what do you think that would be the best way to do it and also(for those who have more time already on the platform) if there are some "standards" for this and bad practices related, putting for example another doubt that i came up with: if it's ok to create a second post to make the introduction in spanish or would it be an abuse of the "introduceyourself" tag?

La mayoria del contenido que se crea en Steemit es en ingles, tanto por la predominancia de usarios de habla inglesa como por ser el idioma mas "universal", y por tanto con el que se puede llegar a mas gente.
Por otro lado la comunidad de habla hispana va creciendo cada día! y a su vez la creación y demanda de contenido en español.

He notado que muchos usuarios Hispano-hablantes optan por compartir solo en ingles, mientras otros(creo que la mayoría) lo hacen en ambos idiomas, la cual personalmente me parece la mejor opción ya que existe un tercer grupo que son aquellos que solo generan y consumen contenido en su lengua materna, ya sea por una barrera idiomatica o quizás por elección, que no se si sea el caso por que la mayoría de perfiles que he visto así, también se limitan a comentar solo en posts en español.
Es decisión de cada quien compartir en el/los idiomas que quiera y en la forma que quiera. Por lo menos a mi me gustaría hacerlo de ambas formas; en ingles, para llegar a mas gente y también practicarlo ya que tengo mucho por mejorar, y en español, para ayudar a promover la creación de contenido en el mismo y también llegar a aquellos que tienen una barrera idiomatica, por que aunque cualquiera se puede valer del uso de traductores se pierde mucho al hacerlo.
Posibles maneras de postear en diferentes Idiomas
Un Post
He visto que algunos incluyen ambos idiomas en un mismo post, así como lo hice en este, poniendo el titulo solo en ingles o español + [English/Spanish] o algo por el estilo. Esta me parece una buena opción para posts que no sean tan largos ni contengan muchas imágenes, en los que se pueden plasmar una idea-mensaje-relato o lo que sea de forma concisa.
Dos Posts
En cambio para un post largo que necesite de un contenido bastante detallado y probablemente, pero necesariamente, contenga bastantes imágenes, considero mas apropiado hacer uno para cada idioma, para no terminar con un solo post extremadamente largo, lo cual no es muy practico porque ademas habría que duplicar las imágenes y también para no relegar la versión en español hasta el fondo :(.
Bueno eso es lo que pienso con respecto a compartir contenido en varios idiomas. Me gustaría saber cual creen, desde su opinión personal, que seria la mejor forma de hacerlo y también(para los que tienen mas tiempo ya en la plataforma)si existen algunos "estándares" para esto y practicas relacionadas que sean mal vistas, poniendo por ejemplo otra duda que me surgió: si esta bien crear un segundo post para hacer la introducción en español o seria un abuso de la etiqueta "introduceyourself"?

La verdad me gusta tu opinión.
Incluso hay otra forma que usan algunos que es que debajo de cada párrafo coloca el otro idioma con un formato distinto. Pero creo que las dos que mencionas son mejores opciones.
No sabia de esa técnica, pero seguramente se pierde continuidad de esa forma.
Gracias por el comentario @jocra, eso es lo que quiero otras opiniones e ideas, sobre todo de alguien que ya las haya puesto en practica.

Yo estoy empezando un blog de viajes y he pensado publicarlo en ambos idiomas, el primero en español como idioma principal para como bien dices fomentar el aumento de nuestra comunidad y despues en ingles para alcanzar más lectores potenciales además de la práctica del idioma!.
Me ha parecido buena idea eso de crear dos post para evitar crear uno extralargo.. además puede que así crees mas engagement y tráfico en la plataforma no crees?
