guys to be honest i am at 25% at this moment
sometimes when i open up my shirt and look into a mirror its so embarrassing in my own opinion
and also when family trip to beach ... darn ...i have to hold my breath to make my belly looks slimmer when bunch of girls passing on me
i wanna be david hasselhoff in baywatch and his macho walk :)

i do work out rarely, most time sitting doing my work
the shape changing so fast
diet ? no way
so tell me are you having the same problem when at the beach ?
be honest !!! lol

Somewhere between 25% and 30% i think. Too much carbs at evenings maybe. Silly I know.

im testing the tags ... my friends suggest me to use various tags so i know wich one is work better

Ah, a word of advice then. If the tag accurately describes your post, it will help more than adding tags that don't. :) Steem doesn't accept over 5 tags anyway, so it's better to use ones that fit the post.

i work to reduce belly fats i googled that and found best way it's not only diet
it's sport ( HIIT workouts ) which make our body burn fats during the rest of day after workout" this called after-burn effect.

the diet may be lead to loss weight
but (from muscle tissues not fat tissues)
so this is a problem with diet
