i work to reduce belly fats i googled that and found best way it's not only diet
it's sport ( HIIT workouts ) which make our body burn fats during the rest of day after workout" this called after-burn effect.

the diet may be lead to loss weight
but (from muscle tissues not fat tissues)
so this is a problem with diet
