Yes it was a great help. Of course it will still take time to reach my splits if I am to avoid injury ;)

Yoga is what I've been using to warm up as well as some quick core exercises. I train most days so don't feel the need to go too hard on myself in the mornings, so yoga is the perfect thing for me and it makes me feel so awake and ready to face the day.
