If you bought them from someone on Steem, it's likely that they sent them to you on Steem, not on Bitshares. POCKET is native to Steem.

Oh I see. Contact @virtualgrowth and give him a link to your transaction to @pocketexchange. He does all the deposits manually, and since your
pocketsendwas buried in some random post, I bet he never saw it. In the future always do Bitshares deposits as replies to a @pocketexchange post.
