I'm going to let someone else chime in here to see what opinions come up. But I would still use Pixabay and search for an iPhone X image. That way you know you're safe. You could also take a picture of your own iPhone X if you have one handy. But my thoughts are that if you're taking the image directly from the Apple website they most likely wouldn't have a problem with this if your article is speaking positively about iPhone or Apple. But again, just to be safe I would use one of the images on Pixabay. I'd be interested to hear what others say.
