Hi @cardboard what do you think about my comment re curation / less author rewards when @tipu only votes after 30 mins which means you will lose. E.g smartsteem offers more than 200% once the votes come in later.
Of course it's not an accusation, everyone is free to run their service as they want. But if we're making a comparison, let's compare the facts :)
Yet, please remember that voting bots are not for printing money - otherwise everyone would just make spam posts and use as much voting bots as possible, because you will earn anyway, right?
Voting bots, as I see it, are for promoting your post - gaining visibility so more people can see your post, see it's value and upvote it.
Currently, using @tipU, spending 1 USD gives back 1.1 USD (and proportionally to higher upvotes) in both SBD and STEEM POWER combined, so technically you're not loosing money but you can easily print SBD either.

Hi @martinphoto. As for smartsteem - let's check it:
https://steemblockexplorer.com/@luckystrikes/7pdxhd
10 SBD sent
16 SBD upvote (or STU to be precisely)
Vote made 30+ min after post creation so -30% curation.
16*0.7 = 11,2
So 112%, not 200%.

You can test the post rewards distribution here: http://steem.supply/rewards
Hope this helps :)
