It's in everyone's best interest to know reality so improvements can happen. This is a basic, very basic thing. I am for improvements, to see things in their best possible form, or at least to know what kind of reality exists. I think that is what Steemit represents too..kaizen is something that exists in some form or another at high-functioning organizations:
