@stellabelle the 'future' is working for each other. That is, we pay other to do the work we don't like and we get paid for the things we do well.
You are 100% on the right track.
Then who cares if robots take our jobs. Let them work for corporations, one human life is too precious to be wasted working for the 'man'

What would the use be for 7 billion people?

Lol, I bought the book and yes, Amazon doesn't have any stores in Pakistan.
She is a wonderful lady and I love her approach of working with people and helping them. As an advocate of gift economy and writing posts about this topic, many people including me have started reading and researching about this system and how it can benefit all of us in the longer run. Once, in her video, she said "We can't help everyone but we can help one person" I loved that!

I love the point that this isn't a bubble, and that it's a huge technological shift instead. Blockchain tech is only the beginning of it. I actually think SMT's will be a huge turning point if they do eventually come out as described in the white paper.
I also agree about Steem. I've paid a couple of people from my Steem wallet in SBD and they get it in seconds. It's the ultimate no hassle wallet. I've had so many problems with other wallets (having to download the whole blockchain etc.) whereas Steemit wallet just works.
