I have volunteered at food kitchens and homeless shelters and know there are people with a need. I have been scammed by some in not-so-much-of-a-need, but, I cannot be the world's conscience. If I am moved by it, I will. If I give it, it has to be without strings or regrets. Period. No upvote as I am out of voting power. But, I can resteem!
