I find it MUCH easier to learn and grow in a small & intimate group rather than a group of 1000's people. I have tried following and being active in steemit school but its so difficult when everyone wants to be heard, sometimes nobody even bothers to answer you because they don't know you nor do they care because everyone has a different objective.
I am not here to discourage anyone, that is just my experience so far since I joined.

The problem with people these days is that they always want to look for somewhere and someone to blame for mistakes.... I am pretty sure that i and few others are active in the steemit school and have tried our very best to reply,we have admins and other roles of different time zones running around to see that happen,we make sure to answer the questions of every member as long as they ask even though few wants to ask about things like getting account back after phising when steemit even says password cannot be recovered and they want to blame us for not answering that.
We get compliments of people who are surprised of how we manage to keep up with the growing numbers but then we can only get to our mission if we work together,i am pretty sure you weren't persistant about asking your questions...if people have questions let them ask,even admins are ok with dm so there's no reason to say you were ignored because i'm sure u didn't really try asking.
If you see something not to your expectation you can only suggest it to us and we will fix and see to it happily...you can always try it out again i'm sure you will give a different remark this time and u must understand we are humans and are doing our best and it will be nice if that is respected

I will take the latter, you see information is knowledge and knowledge is power, why be little when you can e mighty, its not just about the fact that we are over 3000 users, its the fact that we have people waiting to train everybody, all you have to do is attend these classes, its true that your questions might not be answered but trust me its never always like that, people are always available to receive others. Everyday there's a contest to help new users, ranging from poetry to art to even normal blogging about yourself on steemit, we apologize for your last experience, we will try to make sure you have a good time again. We win together
This is the best time to come onboard when we are still within 3000, our next goal is 10,000, then 100,00,000.

we support Steemit School at dynamic steemians discord. In fact our number one thing that we preach is to make comments 50 quality comments based off your advice I've heard it before but when I actually did it following your advice the world of steemit it really opened up. Thank you!

No top or bottom just solidarity! I want to see everyone around me do better than me! Keep up the steemit school! Maybe have channels devoted to key members in your discord like a classroom of sorts so you can harness your talent and not lose it. Teachers are important. I hope you acheive your steemit goals!
