you explained the topic really really really really well! Mostly every day i received pm messages of ''vote me'' ''let's vote each other'' and stuff and ofc all those people were new ones. It's not that hard as you mentioned too, a simple good comment is all that takes and if someone want help he can ask in a form of advice i don't think anyone would deny this kind of help
