in #steemit8 years ago (edited)

Not at all. I did. But i quit last year. Since then my issues have dulled slightly . But so has my abilty to escape and be happy. I use to smoke to deal with the pain of my nf type 1 - which is a genetic disorder. Now I just suffer. I use to be self employed so I never had to worry about drug tests, but after loosing my business, I know every good job does them

Yeah dude it really does seem you have had a tough run so far. I know once you start working again and exhausting yourself mentally and physically in a good way you will feel much better but I still feel like you should talk to a physician about some relief because no one needs to suffer or feel trapped life is too short and precious. Remember when you go to talk to a doctor you don't have to act on there recommendation but what could it hurt hearing what is out there for you. Best of luck buddy and I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for the advice. Sadly because of my disorder I have a weak liver. Any type of pain medication make me sick. One time when I broke my shoulder they gave me morphine by iv and only like one tenth my dose and I blacked out so they stopped. Weed was the only thing that didnt make me ill.
