I am a newbie myself and i make sure i followed and support my followers as well. Never unfollowed anyone. I am always happy when i meet new friends through steemit. We should support each other. Thanks for the comment. Yes we should support good Steemians who are posting quality, orginal content. Sounds like you may be stuck on following everyone that doesn't mean you'll get more votes. Good luck!
