Sort:  

Pine nuts, olive oil, and fresh basil = PESTO!
I like just tossing them over a cheese (we use vegan cheese) pizza.
And a few shreds in a salad is nice.
If you make smoothies, toss in a few leaves to add zest, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Always use them fresh or add at the last minute when cooking.

I'd overpower mine with lemon juice an garlic for sure! :D
