Man why is your girlfriend treating you like that. Steem obviously isn't perfect but there is something behind the idea of it.
Obviously you were ahead of the crowd on it. If your girlfriend doesn't admire and respect that about you maybe you should be questioning her?
That said I do absolutely agree that the trending page sometimes has lame stuff.
