Blockchain definitely has a bright future. Cryptocurrencies aswell, eventhough the first bubble may have bursted, the price will raise again. Maybe not as sharply as it did, but in a more sustainable and healthy growth.
And obviously not all of them will success, but that's the main part of an investor job to do research on where to invest and why. Don't follow the herd, do your research and invest in project you would actually like to use in the future (aka not just for quick buck) and you'll find the right blockchains to invest in.
