Ironically the value of your vote is related to your account value as much as it is to SP. While my SP increased, my VP decreased in the last couple of days. This in combination to the SBD to Steem ratio, people are also less likely to buy more Steem and are hoarding SBD instead or paying Bots. You are right about continuing posts because the Steem gained will still have the potential to dramatically increase in value at a later date. I'm wondering though, if it wouldn't be better at this point to get payouts in 100% Steem instead of the standard 50-50 SBD/Steem. Greetings!
