When someone left an reply to my comment,
it was yellow-marked. It's helpful. I like it.
It looks like this for me too, when I click from the comments part of my profile. I think it's to make it easier to see where your comment or the one you're responding to is

And it turns yellow on the REPLY too.. nice. I like it.

That makes sense....now that I think of it the times I have seen yellow its been people that I follow! Good deduction!
