Yay, I was so glad to see you recommending Unsplash! I was a bit consumed yesterday with the idea that many new peeps were kind of unwittingly shooting themselves in the foot by using copyrighted material without realizing, so I put out in the steemit universe several sites I found which were promising and had a Creative Commons Zero license. I'm addicted to new writers so I thought I could help people find resources to promote their creativity (and my reading enjoyment) in a legit way, so we can focus on content and not copyright. Not everyone is a photographer, but everyone has a story, and deserves to tell it.
I think I've figured out what it is that draws me to your work. You like to express your art through synergy and empathy, and you have a genuine appreciation for community. Right now the community is a bit muddied with the noise about fairness and what content deserves what, so how did you decide that this was the right time to introduce Minnow Rising?
I will let you into my secret.
@prufarchy You have asked the right questions today. Have you found the black swan yet?
Finding the black swan is a key to the next layer. The key to getting more answers.
Find it.
Oracles follow curiosity.
If i remember correctly, you have mentioned the black swan before on another post, havent you @stellabelle :) i need to go back and find it!
yes, and not one person has figured it out yet.
Synchronicity kicked in the same day you asked me what it meant to me, personally. I've come across several references to it in my environment because I've been sensitive to it, and it's been simmering.
I found a deep resonance in the idea that a black swan is 'not possible' proven false. A black swan destroys assumption and is the great shaker that moves society along. For better and/or worse, they're the systemic shock that brings change, and they're rare.
