Young to be a grandma !
I have to remind myself and everyone I am almost sixty, I am thankful for my genes. We are a long lived family if I take care we take care of ourselves. I will be posting abut this sometime this week. I have been sitting to much working on my art, researching and writing and have paid the price. To stay young I must move my body or it forgets to stay young :p
Definitely good genes. But yea we still have to work for our health. That is my New Years resolution. That I already broke a few times lol
