We spend so much time in our life in activity... it can sometimes be a challenge to simply be. Our society is constantly generating waste from this aimless over active life style society encourages. But, There is always a break in the wild wind to breath and focus on our target.
Define Your Targets
Learning something new can be just as challenging as finding that break in the wild wind. Setting our targets gives us a clear goal to aim and reach for. Targets don't just tell us what we are aiming for, they also allow us to measure where we are falling short and what we need work on. Making improvements in whatever practice you enjoy ultimately makes us happier.
Balancing Effort and Ease
Results depend solely on efforts. Trusting our outer senses with out observing our inner senses is dangerous. The master of the senses is the mind, the master of the mind is the breath; the master of breath is the nervous system, quietness of the nerves and concentration depend solely on the steady, smooth, and rhythmic sound of inhalation and exhalation. Time to pull back the bow, feel the subtle tension, breath, aim, let it go, flow and grow.
