Greeting Steemians
I'm happy to announce that I have made the choice to contribute back to Society, as you may know by now i also have an account as @steemitguide, I would like to have full transparency so that i can start establishing a relationship based on Trust.
Before i go in more details with the project which I'm interested to start with my groups of Friends, I would to introduce myself. To begin, i'll start with my name which is Amin Sven Osman Bernhard Haake, it's a very long name partly because I'm Eurasian ( Half German & Malaysia ) and currently live here in Penang, a tropical Island here in West Malaysia.
So more about me, well 21 years old now since my birthday that was actually just 4 days ago , ( Born on 3 October 1995 while the post was written on the 7th October )
I been questioning myself about what I personally enjoy in my life and tried to understand what I really wanted to do for the remaining time I have left here on this planet. Knowing that it's perfectly normal to evaluate your own life as you get older with age, this had made me realize that there was a need for me to contribute back to Society.
As a child growing up in Germany and raised here Malaysia as a Teenagers, I always wanted to help others out but once I left International School and just finished my Diploma (2 Months ago) at College, there seems to be a need for me to get back out there.
Not being part of any social movement has lead me to become quite depressed over time because it's fulfilling when you help others , it's when you stop helping others you tend to think about yourself more. But remember that life is not fair, some people are really misfortunate and its lead to social problems, we which are responsible of if we wish to co-exist in a peaceful Society
It's never to late to start to help others in need, but I understand that as you get older you start to evaluate things more carefully, also one of the reason why people end up so greedy to help themselves instead of others. Many individuals think to themselves that they need to work on themselves before helping out others, which is utter nonsense. This type of mentality is toxic and I can see how many individuals who enjoyed contributing to charitable causes at a young age tend to focus more on themselves as they live on with life.
There are many of us who dedicate themselves to help others, no matter what the age may be, you'll always be qualified to help someone else. Speaking from my experiences , there is a strong believe that when we are kids and School educated us about poverty, we got involved because there was a common understanding that we all part of the World.
But when you start working on yourself , you'll constantly be thinking about your well-being and it's safe to assume that everyone deserves to find financial freedom. Many tell themselves to get jobs so that they may be financially stable to help others when as they get older, however many fail to realize that you don't need to have money to help others. Especially when you have a great platform like Steemit where awareness based on Trust can thrive financially, rewarding those who contribute to its Ecosystem
In order to be financially stable many of us need to work , which gives us little time to contribute back and when you dedicating yourself to work , you start to become more greedy as you're essentially keep evaluating your life. You work hard for money only for it to be given away to someone who is less fortunate, this not a bad thought as we try to eradication poverty and gap between rich & poor.
But today, it's getting harder for people to sacrifice Time and Money to help others, raising costs driven by inflation and stagnant wages means only more overtime work. Also there has been a lot of negativity associated with Charities thorough history, where some of the most reputable Non-profit Organization have used their Trust for a financial gain.

I understand why many of us, start being more speculative over Charities and why we tend to have seconds thoughts of where we should spend our hard earn money to be put to good use. This is where Steemit comes to the rescue as we let community decide what is a worthy cause to support.

This project has let me to be interested in creating a '' SteemCharity '' , a project which thrives to get individuals to raise awareness for Charitable causes. Knowing that Charity is a Billion , perhaps even a Trillion Dollar Market ( if it there weren't so many crooks making a profit ) we can safely assume that it can help bootstrap STEEM as a digital Token, meaning that would make Steemit more valuable as we are contributing back to Society.
Steemit will be the platform to attract motivated individuals, such as young Students, working Adults and Senior citizen who have little technological experience, will find Steemit.com the ideal platform to attract an audience in order to raise awareness for a social issue.
So instead trusting a corporation, why don't we get individual to go through verification procedures to promote their Cause through a Steemit Account.
A Steemit Account is All that We Need for Charity:
- A person doesn't have to agree to strict terms usually set out by Charitable Corporations
- Verified Steemit account will motivate each individual to make a change
- A Decentralized way of keeping track of Funds
- Social Media with a Supporting Community backing it up
- Easy to Use platform accessible to anyone that has Internet
- A Financial Mechanism which allows others to reward you in a systematic order
This is the perfect platform for individuals to actually make a difference, keeping in mind that Time and Money is limited so Steemit is an ideal Social Platform which will make it easy for anyone to get involved.
You don't need a lot of time to Upvote a Post nor do you need any money to offer Financial Support
It would help to have a lot of STEEM POWER though, the more STEEM POWER you have the greater your voting Power will influence Steemit Wealth Distribution. It's good knowing that money goes to those who make a different and really need it, a lot of people are going to appreciate it
You can Rebook a Post to raise awareness and support a Charitable Cause by getting others to Invest in STEEM
Ensure that Funds are held by @steemcharity , we love STEEM POWER so any donations will be locked up for in 2 Years, we aren't going to run away with any money without causing a big Scene
Motivated Individuals who are qualified to help others, can easily gain a following and raise awareness. Just like the @curie Project does for Artist and Writers

SteemCharity Vision
We want to be a dedicated service to attract individuals who are motivated to help others, the best way possible is to get people sign-up on Steemit to promote their Charitable cause, we will find those accounts and list them under SteemCharity.
SteemCharity has already a dedicated group of individual to search for people unaware of Steemit and are willing to establish a presence within Twitter, Facebook, Goggle Plus, Tumble and other Social Medias to attract outsiders to join Steemit.
Recommend project @steemcharity to anyone who is looking to raise Awareness or Financial Funds in order to help out others, this will not only help Steemit become a popular Social Media but also make you a better person as we are working on a getting supportive community together
