I appreciate your post here, @tinfoilfedora . And actually I would be inclined to agree with you if this wasn't in beta. It's kind of still under development in general, like a company bringing its employees into a building that the construction crew isn't quite finished with. Once we get out of beta, I have confidence it will be a much smoother experience.

They will use that "it's in beta" excuse for as long as you let them. Bitshares has been in beta for years...
Millions of products "still in beta" provide the users a polished experience with manuals and current documentation with every release. It is possible and expected for a product that handles money.
Don't let them get away with that excuse any more.
