I had contacted you so many times before requesting a refund and had, very honestly, written off ever seeing the money again until I saw this post. I have a string of several email follow ups where I requested the refund and you asssured me it would be taken care of but it never was.

You should not have written it off. I make mistakes and forget things just like everyone else.
Months of follow ups go beyond "mistakes and forgetting." I have been very patient and would just like my refund so we can put this behind us. I sent you my Bitcoin deposit address yesterday morning (for the third time.)
Eric, you may sit by your computer eagerly awaiting every incoming email. My guess is Charlie's time is heavily divided among other much more pressing concerns.
I'm sorry but you don't know the whole story and there's simply no excuse for what happened here. Believe me, I know what it's like to be busy. If you take someone's money then you deliver what was promised or issue a refund if you can't. It's that simple.
