RE: My Steem Power Delegation Experience

in #steempower7 years ago

Thanks for taking the time to write up a delegation update. I'm trying to learn more as a new user and am running into challenges learning how to acquire steem power. I feel like I'm stuck curating content and taking part in silly photo hunt challenges to build up SBD/STEEM. By chance would you have any other recommendations on how to generate content that provides value and become noticed?

It's very hard to get noticed when you're new here. It takes time and patience. There is one way to build up STEEM that's 100% effective if you can afford to invest....that's what I did to get the majority of my Steem. It was only about a dollar when I bought the majority of it.

Short of buying it, using services like @minnowbooster can help you get noticed and start earning a bit faster. Getting started here is different for everyone so be patient and just try to learn as much as you can. Keep writing, read other people's articles and comment like you have here. I've found that comments can earn a surprising amount as long as they're genuine replies to the post and not just a few words copied and pasted as a reply on many different posts (spam--we try and discourage that).

Here's a good post for new users and it doesn't cover everything (a post that covers everything would be like a novel) but it has some good info and another good link in it. Hope this helps.
