Historically we used donations heavily and leased SP was plentiful. I'm hoping moving forward we can get more internal delegations thus increasing there weight, also for Stax to have more of her own power and move away from donations and leases. It's a slow process and suddenly crediting delegations with huge amounts would not be sustainable for voting power.
And how should delegations be calculated? From how many SP can you get copper, how much for silver and so on... I can not and do not want to give away huge sums of Steem. The conditions are now extremely high and very expensive!
