Hello guys, I have a lot of big updates and we will also make this the mandatory check in post as previously discussed.
There is lots of important information in the post, so please read the following carefully. Discussion is also welcome.

Monthly Audit and Re balancing
Okay guys I calculated everyone's tiers for the next month, based on the previously proposed Tiers. There will be slight modifications for next month. HERE is the official spreadsheet with all the tabulations
I have also pasted the list below of all the tiered members, 45 members have reached "Tiered Levels" and will get the corresponding votes. Stax's Voting power is Current 97% and will be monitored closely and adjustments made.
Here is quickly how the Tiers were calculated and voting power.
Gold =100STEEM donation 60% vote
Silver=50STEEM =30%vote
Nickel=10STEEM =12%vote
Copper=Smaller donations or 90%>Vote for Stax-5%
Member= no/limited support -1% Vote
(delegations are calculated at a rate of 100SP=4STEEM)
Members and Stax's Voting Cull
That means the other 100 or so people that are currently followed by Stax and also receiving 1% votes are on the chopping block. Interesting of those 100 people on the list none have cast more than 20 of 27 votes on Stax's post.
As it was previously discussed to continue receiving your 1% vote from Stax you must comment on this post today and also commit to voting every one of her posts at 100%, if you have not done that then you will be removed from Stax's voting list

100% Voting expectation
As everyone decided during the recent discussions there should be an expectation that everyone who receives a vote from Stax, should also be expected to vote on her POST 100% each day. Last month there were only 20 Members that voted on all her posts. This included many "tiered" members that voting for Stax very infrequently. I believe the discussion was that even Tiered members should be expected to vote 100% on all of Stax's Post, so perhaps we should levy some sort of penalty to Tiered members that don't vote 100%, but that can be discussed later.
Lease
Stax has already paid for our 50 000 SP Lease from @mattclarke for 1000STEEM, she also has around 600STEEM further, that I will try to find an additional delegator to fill, but I have my concerns about finding that much SP in the current market. Interestingly approx 600 was received from Donations and 1000 was contributed by all of Stax's SBD from her post Payout. Once again this is why it's really helps to vote Stax's posts generously, the SBD can go a long way.
Bot Build
I have put Stax's back on the old build for now, this means there should be no more missed votes. There is also no quality post algorithm and no decay. I would ask the people respect a twice daily post limit, as more will quickly and unfairly drain the voting power. I tried to program the build I was considering, but it's way over my head so we will wait for @guiltyparties to return and he has previously offered to help with the bot.
I'm pretty sure this covers most of the big things discussed over the last few day

I have voted up almost every post made by STAX and have delegated SP from the beginning, plus donated both STEEM and paid for upvote bots to get things going. I usually post only once a week.

How much why it cost me to get back to where i was? I think i gave 10STEEM before, if i gave 40SBD, does that get me into silver? And would i need to pay 50Steem a month?
ps, For future membership list updates, i plan to include membership levels using your excel sheet.
I can not help the impression, it goes on this way just putting disproportionate to give someone a lot and disproportionate to get little for it! I think we have to get away from a donation based membership ranking. I am convinced that we need a delegation-based model.
I hear what you are saying but to be honest, i would rather give donate over delegate. I like to upvote every comment in my posts and others people posts also and i like to beable to have the voting slider to move comments around. I have receiving the 25% upvote the past while and it works out ok for me to pay the extra 40 Steem to get into the Silver level. I always do around 10 posts a weeks and getting the 30% upvote will pay for itself i think. I dont really like having to hand over 40 Steem but who likes paying for anything? My plan going forward is to give 10 Steem every month and work my way towards gold :)

Thx for your reply, my friend and a happy new year to you too! I can understand your attitude. In order to do justice to all, there should be an equivalent in the form of another system besides the donation based system. So we could have both, delegations and donations.
For the nickel status I would have to delegate 250 SP in this calculation = 12%
For the silver status I would have to delegate 1250 SP in this calculation = 30 %
For the gold status I would have to delegate 2500 SP in this calculation = 60%
But why is a 30% vote much more expensive than the 12% vote?!
A fair calculation would have to be worked out here.
The higher tiers are more expensive because the larger members are fine with contributing more for less return in order to give to community and help the smaller memebers.
If you have any issue why is copper so high? Just vote daily with your 50SP and give a total of $.50 after the end of the month? Because those are committed and smaller members we want to help and support.
The donations are high, since a few guys saw the vision and invested heavily in the dream and through the leasing of SP Stax now has an over $13 upvote to support the community. It would be a slap in the face to then to let anyone who delegates 20.00000 Vests reap an overly high portion of the rewards. The Tiers are set to give back slightly more to the lower members from the support of the larger. And now Stax is canabolizing herself to lease SP for the betterment of everyone at large to ensure the highest rewards for the users.

I'm happy to just be along for the ride. I don't think I've missed a Stax post for a while and it's always 100%.
I think I understand your long term goal/aim and it makes sense to me. Although I personally would be harder on the "cull". I always use the #steemsilvergold and try and make my blogs related to the group. Why would people expect a vote from a silver/gold/crypto botty when their posts have nothing to do with what she was fundamentally set up to vote on? Sorry if this offends anyone, but it's just an opinion and like ass holes, everyone has one!
P.S. I don't see "the Don" @raybrockman in the list. I'm assuming it's a flat 100% for the man. Lol

Alright, just trying to get it right, I typically upvote the comment to the blog from stax, but that is not what I should be doing. Instead, I need to upvote the daily post. I do not have, nor do I make the steem to pay. Not really sure what delegation means? Just kind of fumbling around.
Just start with making sure you upvote her POST everyday with 100% and you'll be fine, there may be a nominal amount next month to keep getting your votes but for now it's just the voting.

Please count me in. I'll admit that I haven't always upvoted posts from @silvergoldbotty, basically because I wasn't aware that I should have been. I think a lot of new members join, but aren't really certain what to do with their new group status? or what is expected of them? Since I have a small account, I guess I just sort of assumed that the bot was for the big guys who donated a lot of SP.
I'm sure that the more I understand the group, what's expected, donations, delegations, and other actions, it will make more sense to me.
In the meantime, I will try to keep up with posts from Stax and group members, to get up to speed. And of course upvote more often.

Yes, good idea. Do you see for you, that steemvoter.com works 100 procent reliable? When i look at my posts, than sometimes i miss a friends vote, where schould be given with steemvoter, i think. I will look at this more exactly and ask for the entered ammount of minutes...

I remember when this whole idea and the discussion was brought up of creating a steemsilvergold community, and it would be a great start-up. When we started with maybe 20-25 and then it just grew and grew to a beautiful community.

sry guys, this isn't the best solution we could find.
Historically we used donations heavily and leased SP was plentiful. I'm hoping moving forward we can get more internal delegations thus increasing there weight, also for Stax to have more of her own power and move away from donations and leases. It's a slow process and suddenly crediting delegations with huge amounts would not be sustainable for voting power.
And how should delegations be calculated? From how many SP can you get copper, how much for silver and so on... I can not and do not want to give away huge sums of Steem. The conditions are now extremely high and very expensive!

I've delegated 100SP made a 5 STEEM donation and have had an excellent track-record of 100% upvotes for our bot's posts (about $0.15 or $4.50/month ). I guess that's just shy of NICKLE status at this point. What do your suggest I should do if I wanted to secure a position at the NICKLE tier? (12% upvote)

I do have a small issue with the mandatory 100% upvote on the bots comments. I usually like to give all of my commenters even upvotes, so as not to show favorites. If I upvote Botty's comments at 100% it will appear that I care more about Botty's comment, than actual human interaction. I have no problem in upcoming Botty's posts at 100% and have done so for a while now.

Correct, we need a minimum commitment to at least get a vote, but there is consideration being give to incurring and penalty for not voting, but once again it likely won't affect you since you have over contributed for your tier anyways.

I've just noticed I've forgotten to put STAX on my steemvoter. I'm trying to change that now and I'm getting booted off the site as soon as I log in. It seems to have unchecked all of my autovoting rules today early in the morning for some reason.
My voting power was 100% when I just checked it 20 minutes ago and it never reaches 100% because I use the auto voting bot (which there seems to be something going on with).
I'm going back and upvoting a couple of her posts at 100%. You can leave me off this month if you need to and once I get things sorted out with steemvoter I'll add STAX and in January I will make a STEEM contribution to get back on the list.
