Thanks for your kind words. I know that the D750 is allready a fantastic camera. And I do have to keep in mind that my computer also needs to be able to handle the RAW files. So I will stick to the D750, and as I'm used to a D300s now ... I think it will be a very great upgrade.

At the end of the decision depends on little things like a differently placed wheel or button. As DSLR I only own a D7100.
That's also a great camera. I've seen magnificent photo's by a dutch photographer. Also much night / astrophotography.
But it is also just a APS-C camera. I dream of a full frame camera. :-)
I think the part of a camera that has the most effect on the quality is the used optic. Especially for low light and night/astrophotography, you need a bright lens which will produce sharp pictures even at the lowest focal ratio like f1.4 or f2.4.
