Everyday, fears limit us, and the greatest fear is the refusal, the big NO, and usually you say "YES" / just to not be blamed, despised, excluded from a group or judged. 😦
The power to say "no" when you feel you do not want to do something, go somewhere, to "follow the herd" is actually a very pleasant feeling.
No one forces you to do what you do not want.
It is better to say "No" for YOU, because then you might use a phrase like "if you're good, you're taken as a fool".
You let it be "taken as a fool" because you let something happen with your will.
And finally ... think a bit... how bad could it be to say "No"? :)
I used to say YES so many times when I actually wanted to say NO so badly, so educated myself, I started to do and act for me not for the others.
You should try it too...it's really healthy by the way 🤗

It s really not that difficult...think about how you will feel doing something that you don't like ...not that good?! Well..than say no...or like I do...I use the words "perhaps" or "we will see" 😂 and who knows me understands that is a sure NO

Nice one, and I will add a few more reasons we say yes when we should say no. It happens to me all the time, mostly because I overestimate my availability or I simply want to say yes, forgetting that I can't actually do what I agreed upon. Other times we say yes out of not paying attention to the request and we realize what we did, a bit too late :).
Most of the time I do say yes, instead of no just because I want to help more than I am able to, which puts me in all kind of unpleasant situations. Well, I am under treatment now :)))!
And the treatment works for you? 😂

Well, if you have a "bossy boss" it is hard to say NO in front of him because you can get kick out from work...it is Romania we are talking about :))) Of course you can say NO in a different way but depends on how you say it and how the other person will react ... for example, in my work it`s easy to say NO because I do not have a boss, I do my own schedual as I desire, but beeing too in a an international project I can not say NO when the manager calls me at 10 PM to do some paper work because in the morning Bulgaria (the big chief office) has to sign them ....
