This post is great I've seen this explanation for jerry banfield, but he does not usually answer questions
I really think the subject matter is important and responds to it
I have a question that minimizes the value of vote power for example that you have 3$ vote power Will this diminish the value of you?If you convert it to someone else?

No, you do not lose anything by voting for someone else. Your vote power goes down but it recovers over time. Your money is not transferred by voting.

It doesn't diminish your current account value, but it does impact your potential earnings, currently a mix of self-voting/circular voting is among the most profitable of strategies on steemit which is why so many short-sighted whales and smaller account holding users do it.
