I am using a VPN so could that be causing the problem?
Yes, that could be the reason. If the Pacific Daylight Time 6:09:54 AM is not your real local time, the operations may have been filtered out because there is a big difference to the UTC time. But of course it should also work for these cases and I guess I need to change my filter routine...

As a note I live in Pacific timezone and use a VPN in same timezone 95% of the time.
