This article reminds me of the youngest mother to have ever lived -Lina Marcela born on 23 September 1933. This Peruvian woman became the youngest mother in medical history, giving birth at the age of five years, seven months, and 21 days.

This young girl also suffered similar medical condition you stated here -precocious puberty.
I totally agree with you on this.
As humans we have different genetic make ups and as such laws promulgated should not in any way be the yard stick for all when it comes to marriage or consent.

What works for individual A might totally not work for individual B because they differ structurally as well as genetically.

This says it all!
