Definitely too much of a negative impact if we stay up reasonable in frequency. Maybe this kind of thing a lot of people have already experienced it. either from among the young and the elderly. Things like this did not avoid let alone by the existence of the internet.
Pasti terlalu banyak dampak negatif jika kita keseringan begadang. Mungkin hal seperti ini banyak orang sudah mengalaminya. baik dari kalangan muda maupun orang tua. Hal seperti ini memang tidak bisa di pungkiri lagi apalagi dengan adanya internet.
Very many people staying up because keasikin with games and their respective smartphones. I don't blame the internet and other social media as well. It all depends on yourself in organizing the schedule of sleep a night.
Sangat banyak orang bergadang karena keasikin dengan game dan smartphone mereka masing-masing. saya tidak menyalahkan internet dan juga media sosial lainnya. ini semua tergantung pada diri sendiri dalam mengatur jadwal tidur malam.

In a few weeks it myself often staying up to spend time playing games and also steemit. I already feel the impact of staying out is not good for health. When I wake up in the morning I felt like a giddy and not passion in doing other activities.
Dalam beberapa minggu ini saya sendiri sering kali bergadang menghabiskan waktu main game dan juga steemit. Saya sudah merasakan dampak dari begadang memang tidak baik untuk kesehatan. saat saya bangun di pagi hari yang saya rasakan seperti pusing dan tidak semangat dalam melakukan aktivitas lainnya.
I also feel like insomia already approached me at the moment. My sleep schedule looks like it's been changed, I could fall asleep around 4 in the morning. something like this is already impacting negatively for myself of course. Should the friend of steemian don't often stay up because it is very dangerous for the health of your body.
Saya juga merasakan seperti insomia sudah menghampiri ku saat ini. Jadwal tidur saya sepertinya sudah berganti, saya baru bisa tertidur sekitaran jam 4 pagi. hal seperti ini sudah berdampak negatif bagi saya sendiri tentunya. Sebaiknya sahabat steemian jangan sering begadang karena sangat berbahaya bagi kesehatan tubuh anda.

In my case, I have the opposite, I'm always tired and as much as I sleep, I can't get enough. I have to sleep 8 hours because of my workday, but I often feel the need of sleep or take a nap.
if you have an empty time during the day. you should take the time to sleep for a moment
Fun activities or getting extra work in sometimes entice me to stay up late, but I try and tell myself I’ll do better and enjoy things more after sleep!

staying up is the source of all sickness,
when the body needs a break we even force to continue beraktifitas, then the body will slowly metabolism will be disrupted so that our body balance will be very easy to lose.
