Nice story to stumble upon as im laying in bed stretching them lower back muscles! Since a few years I have on and off sciatica problems, and the last time "hexen skudd or hexen shoss" kicked in I decided its really time to start YOGA. I dont know what its called in English.
The mind can be stuborn for many years but at some point your physical life and opportunities start to get threatened by back pains.

There are exercises from yoga that cure this although it takes years apparently. But just another form of dedication, and its the hardest thing to ever dedicate to - yourself. My mum got also a slipped disk just from picking a gown up from the bed! Im hoping that the un-comfortableness I have now is due to the stretching of the muscles, especially the muscle that you cant actual touch in the hip area. The road is long!
Yoga is a great idea! Although you need a yoga teacher who knows what they're doing as he won't be able to perform a lot of the poses. Thanks for reading our post!
