RE: Cob House An Eco-Friendly Sustainable Home That Won’t Break the Bank Series pt 1

in #sustainable8 years ago

there is a group of like minded people building an off grid community in northern Ontario, a little north of Timmins. A real sweet piece of land. 144 acres, road access, hospital (small), and lots of water. $1200CAD per acre, some frills implied. pm me in steem chat for for more details. only the sincere accepted.

Thanks. Timmins, eh? That's broadly around the area I was looking at - tho' in my bull-headed way, I was thinking of buying a three-digit-acre parcel myself. :-)

Any idea of how those one-acre parcels are selling? No need to be definite; vague is fine.

find me in Steem chat and i will direct you to the project. I think some land is still available. I like these guys and don't want ruin a good thing for them.

I can assure u it is all above board and very legit. You will own the land you buy but you will be apart of a co-op.

Which is cool shit in my mind. They have a great piece of land bought and ready to make into family friendly place to get off grid.

the most i can i say is it is work. you will be clearing "virgin land". no road available but its part of the budget. Horses and Atv's will suffice for now but building that road is a huge goal.

Okay; I just PMed you on steemit.chat.
