the technique is go to http://www.iemoji.com/ click on any emojis you like they will appear at the top ,then you copy and paste them in your title , if it didnt work leave me a comment i will respond
I personally feel that if more steemers uses the emojis it will increase clicks to their posts as it is something people are unused to seeing. The reason for this is people may question if there are any differences on the page, playing on that curiosity factor and adding colors to steemit.com .
@contentjunkie mentionned a good point : this only works if others have a browser that is capable of displaying those emojis. Many older browsers will just show a little box with some numbers in it instead of an emoji.
Try it yourself, here are a few emojis you can implement in your title bar
if you liked this tip , upvote and follow , im in the steemit chat also under the name nabilov

Just as an example Tor browser didn't display those but Chrome and normal Firefox worked. For most people on a recent computer there is no issue with using these emojis.

Great post @nabilov. I understand that your explanation is only for the title, and in consequence it will also appear in the tab like a fav icon. Right?
I also wrote on this issue . This provides you the solution for body text as well.
