I also had such experience once, I changed my number, but the guy that used the phone before me, uses DSTV, the marketing staff of DSTV kept calling me, reminding me to renew my subscription, I kept on explaining to them that it was the guy before me that had a DSTV not me,Its a very funny experience, although it could very frustrating most times. These telemarketers can be very dogged, they employ every trick possible to make their sales and in your own case @papa-pepper, I understand how you feel especially with the back pain related calls.

Yeah, they end up not really caring who they've got on the line, they just want someone and if you aren't who they were looking for, they don't care.
