Oh, I see! It would be interesting to catch a glimpse "under the hood" of FSD's decision-making. A voice function would also be nice, where it would tell you what it was about to do. That would go a long way to ease anxieties at first. It would have been helpful to me as I was heading into those first few intersections.
It'll be interesting to see how quickly the next gen Tesla vehicles will be rolled out. The timeline you mention certainly does come close to the Cybertruck development/production cycle.

I was just thinking a little message bar somewhere that was all "Stopping in 30ft", "Merging in 10 seconds", "Pausing at roundabout to check for oncoming vehicles"... but I guess in a way that isn't distracting for the driver who needs to keep their eyes on the road (at least until Level 4 Autonomy (full self driving) is available).
