Unless you have more capital there's not likely to be so much money you can make in trading rather than just holding....because trading is very time intensive and so probably not worth it otherwise.
But there are still ways to make big gains if you get into ICOs (tenx, status, file, civic, etc.). But again this requires huge amounts of time and research...I don't even do this much now. Good place to learn about this is Reddit: /ethtrader and /ethereum.
