Little Corn Island / Nicaragua
This is the ocean that enriched my life a million times already... When I travelled to Nicaragua, I discovered a country that seemed to actually be two different countries: one in the west, at the Pacific side, where people were relatively rich, where there was infrastructure, and one in the east, at the Atlantic, where the inhabitants have darker skin, are poorer, where there are no jobs, where there's drug problems, hospitals are regularly flooded because they were built in a marsh for political reasons and where people are still so friendly and share the little they have...

The island doctor was smoking a joint while laying in a hammock and listening to Bob Marley when I asked him what I could do about the sting. Happy memories of a journey that changed my world view drastically...
